The Hubei-Henan-Anhui Revolutionary Memorial Hall is a key project of the Xinyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It is located at the intersection of Beijing Road and 107 National Highway in Xinyang City. It covers an area of ​​about 30,000 square meters, about 160 meters from south to south, and about 180 meters from east to west. The construction area is about 6,200 square meters, the indoor usable area is about 4,100 square meters, and the total building height is 16 meters. The main building was jointly designed by the School of Architecture of Southeast University and the Jiangsu Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute, and the internal display design was by Beijing Tianyu Shenming Exhibition Art Co., Ltd. The memorial hall broke ground on March 6, 2006, and was completed and opened on April 28, 2007.
